Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions - Cancellations and Returns


These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and us and apply only to your purchase of any products offered by us within the United States. By purchasing any product from raymixon or using any product, you fully agree to these Terms.


Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your obligations and rights. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to arbitration.


Basic Cancellation and Return Policy


To effectively cancel or return an item, you must obtain written approval from raymixon.com. You can email us at service@raymixon.com to request an approval. Any unapproved cancellation request will be denied, and the order will proceed. Any product returned without our written consent will be refused and returned to you at your expense.


Regarding Minor Defects and Minor Stains:


Please inspect the product within seven days of receiving your package. If you notice any defects or stains, please notify us so that we can provide further assistance. Defects or stains beyond this 14-day warranty period will be considered customer-generated.

If you discover this issue and contact us within 14 days, we are willing to provide a coupon or other compensation options.

Minor blemishes and stains may be caused by unavoidable factors during the production and shipping process and do not affect the normal use of the product. If you find these blemishes and stains unacceptable, please do not use the product and repackage it to its original condition. Please contact us at raymixon.com for further assistance.


Cancelling Before Shipping Label Creation


We will issue a full refund for orders that have been cancelled but not yet received a shipping label.


Cancelling Before Order Shipment (Shipping Label Created)


Cancelling After Order Shipment


Once an order has been shipped, the shipment cannot be held. Customers must refuse the package upon delivery or sign for it first and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label. Once the package is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund and a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original order price.


Cancellation after order delivery (unopened package)


If the delivery is completed within 14 calendar days, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, he/she must contact us and provide photo and video evidence that the package is unopened. After approval, the customer will contact the original delivery company to return the entire package and bear the return shipping costs. After the package is returned and inspected, a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original price will be charged.


Cancellation after use (non-quality reasons)

Within 30 calendar days after delivery, the order is cancelled for non-quality reasons, such as (including but not limited to):


Unwanted/unneeded

Inappropriate size

Dislike of the product

No compensation for minor shipping damage, etc.


The customer must contact us and provide photo and video evidence to prove that the product packaging is consistent with the original packaging in order to obtain prior authorization for the return. The customer will contact the original delivery company to return the complete packaging and bear the return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.


A refund will be issued after the package is returned and inspected. A restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the original purchase price will be charged after the package is returned and inspected.

Non-returnable products cannot be returned except in extreme circumstances, in which case the customer will need to contact us for approval.


Refund Conditions and Exceptions


Generally, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds may be delayed for various reasons; please contact us and provide relevant documentation for further instructions.

If you are requesting a return, please do not refuse any FedEx/UPS package. Please sign for the package and email us to request a return shipping label before returning any item.
